Despite the challenges, Taylor embraces the adventure, excited to explore her new home and the opportunities it opens up. She emphasized the importance of family support during this significant change, making it a journey of growth and discovery for both of them.

Accepting Change: A New Chapter

“This week has been an emotional rollercoaster for me. I have been overwhelmed by the sudden changes in our lives and it has been a real shock to the system. We had originally planned for Riyadh to come back to Manchester City for pre-season training and then we were about to fly to Saudi Arabia when Riyadh gave me the phone to speak to one of the girls at the club so quickly that I barely had time to say goodbye to everyone was indifferent

Moving to Saudi Arabia has changed our lifestyle dramatically. The atmosphere here is so different; it's much more relaxed. endu compared to the fast pace of life we had in Manchester. In the UK, our days were often filled with things to do, whether it was dining out with friends or just following the vibrant social scene. I think that’s what I miss the most: the regular interactions with family and friends, the spontaneous dinners and those simple moments of connection. However, life in Jeddah has its own charm. I’ve found beautiful beaches, fantastic shopping and great restaurants that make this place special. The culture is rich and there’s plenty to explore. I feel like I’m embracing this new environment and I really don’t see any reason to move anywhere else at this point. Jeddah feels like home and I plan to settle down in the near future.

One of the positives of all this is that my modelling job allows me to travel freely. I feel incredibly lucky to have this flexibility as it allows me to stay connected to my work whilst I adjust to our new life. I have always felt it was important for us to stay together as a family during this transition. Football careers are often short-lived and we need to make the most of these opportunities while we can. I want us to experience this journey together, making memories and sharing new adventures.

We now plan to stay in Saudi Arabia for a few years and really enjoy what this section has to offer. Despite the challenges of moving and the emotional ups and downs, I am optimistic about what lies ahead. Every day is a new opportunity to explore, connect, and grow, and I am excited to embark on this adventure with my family.
